Description
- Answeringthe phone and making room bookings
- Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check in and check out)
- Booking guests' services
- Room check

- Be available to answer questions about the Neubergerhof and the surrounding area
- Writingmagazine articles for our online blog
- Designing the morning post, weekly program and menu cards
- You will also serve our guests in the hotel store, where our guests can pick up small souvenirs and homemade items.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the reception area
- Excellent written and spokenGerman and English skills
- High degree of professionalism, reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
- Very good manners and a well-groomed, confident appearance
- Good spelling skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Publisher)
- Ability to work in a team and flexibly across departments
- Commitment and loyalty
