Description
- Answeringphone calls and processing room reservations
- Warmly welcoming and seeing off guests (check-in and check-out)
- Record guest services
- Room inspection
- Handling billing
- Be available to answer questions about the Neubergerhof and the surrounding area
- Writingarticles for our online blog
- Designing the morning newsletter, weekly program, and menus
- You will also assist our guests in the hotel shop, where they can purchase small souvenirs and homemade items.
Requirements
- Work experience in reception
- Excellent written and spokenGerman and English skills
- High level of professionalism, reliability, sense of responsibility, and independence
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed, confident demeanor
- Good spelling skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Publisher)
- Ability to workin a team and in a flexible, cross-departmental manner
- Commitment and loyalty
- Attention to detail and an eye for errors
- Well-groomed appearance
- Positive team spirit, ideally with a good sense of humor
- Language skills
