Description
- Preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of the head chef
- Support in the design and further development of the menu
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Ensuring a smooth process in the kitchen

- Receiving, storing and checking food
- Cost-conscious way of working
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef or first professional experience in the catering kitchen
- Passion for cooking and creative ideas for food design
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and independently
- Care and a sense of responsibility when handling food
- Willingness to work part-time, at weekends and on public holidays
- Knowledge of current hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Good knowledge of German
- Language skills
