Description
- Professional service and assistance for our guests in the restaurant area
- Responsibility for your own service station, including preparation and follow-up
- Ensuring smooth operations in the restaurant and coordinating with the kitchen and other service areas
Your job responsibilities include:
- Professional taking of orders and serving of food and beverages
- Adherence to and implementation of our high quality and hygiene standards
- Training and supervising commis de rang and trainees
- Cash register management and accounting for your own station
Requirements
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or several years of experience in customer service
- Passion and love for the profession
- Honesty and loyalty toward colleagues and supervisors
- A friendly, open-minded, and service-oriented demeanor
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Positive team spirit, ideally with a good sense of humor
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
