Description
- Professional care and advice for our guests in the restaurant area
- Responsibility for your own service station including preparation and follow-up work
- Ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant and coordinating with the kitchen and other service areas
Your work profile includes the following activities
- Professional reception and serving of food and drinks
- Compliance with and implementation of our high quality and hygiene standards
- Training and instructing Commis de Rang and trainees
- Cash register management and accounting for your own station
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or several years of experience in the service sector
- Enjoyment and love of the job
- Honesty and loyalty towards employees and superiors
- Friendly, open-minded and service-oriented appearance

- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently
