Receptionist (m/f/d)

Position objective

As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their first impression of our hotel. With professionalism, warmth, and organizational skills, you ensure that everything runs smoothly at the reception desk and that guests have an all-round positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Professional reception and support for our national and international guests
  • Check-in and check-out, including all administrative procedures
  • Processing reservations, inquiries, and offers
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence
  • Information and complaint management
  • Cash management and accounting
  • Close cooperation with housekeeping, service, and management

Technical requirements

  • Completed training in tourism, hotel, or service sector is an advantage
  • Experience at a hotel reception desk or in guest services is desirable
  • Confident use of hotel software (e.g., PMS systems) and MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and structured approach to work
