We are looking for a qualified and motivated **receptionist** ( m/f/d ) for our AlpenParks Hotel & Apartment Central in Zell am See . You can expect an interesting and responsible position within a close-knit and friendly team. We offer you a varied and challenging role.

Your Responsibilities

• Service-oriented and attentive - Personal and professional care for our guests – from arrival to departure
• Share insider tips – advice on places to visit, hikes, and activities in the region – you know the best hidden gems
• Effective Sales Over the Phone - Handling Reservation Inquiries and Proactive Phone Sales
• Create Customized Offers - Create tailored offers for unforgettable stays
• Organized and reliable - Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented— preparing invoices and carefully processing payments

Your Profile

• Passionate about what you do— you approach your work with enthusiasm and ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience
• Team player - You enjoy working in a team and adapt flexibly to changing tasks
• Reliable and dedicated —guests and colleagues can always count on you
• Strong communication skills – Excellent written and spoken German and English – knowledge of other languages is a plus
