Receptionist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified and motivated **receptionist** ( m/f/d ) for our AlpenParks Hagan Lodge in beautiful Altaussee . You can expect an interesting and responsible position in a well-coordinated and friendly team. We offer you a varied and challenging job.

Your responsibilities

• Service-oriented and attentive— Personal and professional care for our guests—from arrival to departure
• Share insider knowledge— advice on destinations, hikes, and activities in the region—you know the best insider tips.
• Strong sales skills on the phone - Processing reservation requests and active telephone sales
• Designing customized offers - Creating tailor-made offers for unforgettable stays
• Organized and reliable— Ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs
• Good with numbers and precise - creating invoices and carefully processing payments

Your profile

• Passionate about your work— you are enthusiastic about your job and ensure that guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Team player - You enjoy working in a team and are flexible in adapting to changing tasks.
• Reliable and committed —guests and colleagues can always count on you.
• Strong communication skills - Very good written and spoken German and English skills – additional language skills are a plus
