We are currently seeking a motivated receptionist (m/f/d) for our family-run, personalized "pampering and wellness hotel"

Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or have professional experience in the hospitality industry or related fields
- You love your job just as much as we do
- You enjoy sales, are reliable, and keep your cool even in stressful situations
- You stand out for your personality, well-groomed appearance, and good manners

- Your Responsibilities
- Checking in and out our guests
- Answering phone calls and handling guest inquiries
- Handling guest correspondence via email
- Scheduling massage appointments for the spa/wellness center
- Processing menu plans, morning mail, and daily lists
- Processing guest payments at check-out
- You are a team player and help ensure that daily tasks run smoothly
Experience
1 Jahr Work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Computer skills
MS Outlook, (Good knowledge)
MS Excel (Good knowledge)
Canva (Basic knowledge)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

Employment & Salary
2263 € gross / month
The position is based on a 5-day workweek/40 hours per week (BGR 3), in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; compensation is based on qualifications and experience; the number of working hours and days per week is negotiable; full-time employment is possible and preferred.
