We are currently looking for a motivated receptionist (m/f/d) for our family-run "pampering and wellness hotel."

Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or have professional experience in the hotel industry or similar fields.
- You enjoy your job as much as we do
- You enjoy sales, are reliable, and keep your cool even in stressful situations
- You have a pleasant personality, a well-groomed appearance, and good manners.

- Your responsibilities
- Checking our guests in/out
- Answering phone calls/guest inquiries
- Processing guest correspondence by email
- Assigning massage appointments for the spa/wellness center
- Processing menu plans/morning mail/daily lists
- Checking guests out
- You are a team player and help to ensure that daily tasks run smoothly
