- You have completed vocational training or have professional experience in the hospitality industry or related fields

- Your Responsibilities
- Checking in and out our guests
- Answering phone calls and handling guest inquiries
- Handling guest correspondence via email
- Scheduling massage appointments for the spa/wellness center
- Processing menu plans, morning mail, and daily lists
- Processing guest payments at check-out
- You are a team player and help ensure that daily tasks run smoothly
