Your job:
- Giving our guests a warm welcome and providing them with professional service
- Check-in and check-out as well as general reception tasks
- Processing reservations by phone, email, and online portals
- Creating customized vacation offers
- Acting as a contact person for our guests' questions, requests, and concerns
- Close cooperation with other departments within the company
