We are a team with a lot of heart and a love for detail. After all, it has always been the little things in life that bring happiness and joy. Whether it’s just the first coffee in the morning, a small gesture in the afternoon, or serving the first appetizer. Ultimately, our greatest task is to provide every guest with a wonderful break so that they go home at the end of the day with that WASNERIN feeling.

As a Commis de Rang, all doors are open to you here; thanks to your diverse and wide-ranging responsibilities, you’ll gain insight into all our culinary areas. This includes our restaurant, the hotel bar, and numerous events such as readings, music evenings, and more… 

If you’ve found your calling in one of these areas, we’d be happy to support you in any further training so you can achieve your goals and make your dreams come true with us.

What can you expect from us? 

• Working as part of a 25-person service team

 • Active support for the floor waitstaff

 • General service tasks such as setting tables, “mise en place” preparations, and serving food and drinks

 • General breakfast service, including setting up the buffet

 • À la carte service in the afternoon 

• First-class evening service 

• Optimal guest care and proactive sales to guests 

• Teamwork within the service department and with the kitchen

 • Adherence to specified quality standards 

• Flexibility to work in all food and beverage areas, e.g., at the hotel bar

 • Exemplifying and adhering to the company philosophy
