Description
With natural friendliness, warmth and an extensive knowledge of the region, the WASNERIN reception team is on hand to help and advise our guests. Be it excursion and hiking routes, insider tips about the region or the best places to take a break in the hotel. Thanks to the digitalization of our system, we now have even more time for our guests and can look after everyone individually from reservation to check-out. Ultimately, however, the biggest task remains to give every guest a wonderful time out so that they go home at the end of the day with that WASNERIN feeling.

What can you expect with us?
- First point of contact for our guests
- Check-in and check-out of our guests with escort service to the room
- Managing your own shift work
- Early or late shift with responsibility
- Management of the cash desk (cash register closing, receipt accounting, etc.)
- Active sales of the hotel's own offers or products
- Ensuring smooth operations within the reception team and with other departments
- Accepting and processing reservations
- Creating printed materials (daily menu cards, guest newspaper, etc.)
- Organization and assistance with events
- Exemplifying and adhering to the corporate philosophy
Requirements
What do you bring with you?
- Preferably a successfully completed apprenticeship as a hotel and catering assistant or a successfully completed hotel management school/tourism school
- Professional experience in comparable restaurant or hotel businesses in the upper category
- Communicative, creative and open nature
- Natural friendliness
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Enthusiasm and interest in the profession
- Reliability
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Enjoy working in a team
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent knowledge of German and correct spelling

- We offer you a regular year-round job with 5 days/40 hours per week. Information according to the law: For this position, a minimum wage of € 2,026 gross/month applies according to the collective agreement. We offer an overpayment in line with the market, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as additional bonus payments for above-average performance.
