Service Representative (m/f/d)

As a Commis de Rang at our family-run superior hotel in Pertisau on Lake Achensee, you’ll be an important part of our service team. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly in the restaurant and help provide our guests with a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

With your dedication, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of working with people, you’ll support our team in our daily operations. You’ll gain valuable experience in the fine dining sector and continue to grow step by step.

Your responsibilities with us

• Assisting the Chef de Rang in attending to our guests
• Assisting with serving food and drinks
• Preparation and cleanup of the service area (mise en place)
• Ensuring a clean and well-maintained work environment
• Active collaboration with the entire service team
• Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards
