Your Responsibilities

• Managing one's own station in collaboration with a commis de rang
• Knowledge of the products offered and the dinner menu
• Mise en place and Food Service
• Breakfast service (if the early shift is scheduled)
• An eye for detail and our own high standards for quality
• Maintenance and Cleanliness in the Restaurant and Back-of-House Areas 

Your Profile 

• You have experience as a chef de rang.
• You havestrong written and spoken German skills and enjoy interacting with guests.
• Team spirit and a passion for first-class dining at the hotel restaurant are among your strengths.
• You are specifically looking for a position in a hotel restaurant, not in an à la carte restaurant.
• Wine Knowledge and Expertise in Your Profession
• A neat and professional appearance
