We are looking for a motivated service employee for our company with immediate effect or by arrangement. You will support our service crew to pamper our guests with culinary delights from the kitchen and cellar. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic team. Supervision of all buffets (breakfast, lunch, cake, salad, themes (starters, desserts, ...): Setting up, filling up, keeping clean, dismantling, cleaning
Orderman commis incl. drinks service (making and carrying drinks)
Active cooperation in the team and with superiors and contribution to a positive working and working atmosphere
Taking part in internal and external training courses and service meetings
Being a positive role model for apprentices
Main meal service (carrying food) for the entire restaurant
Preparing the station incl. vacuuming, dusting, laying out, folding napkins, filling up menus
Preparation of mise-en-place for the entire restaurant
Keeping the office clean incl. putting away glasses, cutlery, garbage, empties, dirty laundry etc.
Cleaning the coffee machine, dispensing system, glass and cutlery machines
Setting for breakfast incl. coffee, paper napkins, breakfast juices, muesli, honey, tea, ..

Working hours: 5-day week of 9 hours per day (45 hours per week)

Working hours: Through shifts and part shifts:12.00 - 22.00 (1 hour break); 11.30 - 16.30 & 18.00 - 22.00; 12.30 - 22.00 (30 min. break);07.00 to 11.45 & 17.30 to 22.00; 08.00 to 12.30 & 17.30 - 22.00; 10.00 to 15.00 & 17.30 to 22.00
Accurate and transparent recording of working hours
