Processing inquiries and reservations
Check in and check out
Collecting guest bills
Looking after guests in the front office
Proper management of the cash register
Preparing arrivals
Booking extra services
Preparation of the morning post and the daily menus
Consideration of special requests in consultation with the relevant departments
Checking departures, taking into account the check-out time
Dealing with daily correspondence
Scheduling appointments in the Resource Manager

Year-round position
Working hours: 5-day week (40 hours per week)
Start of work: from 01.05.2024 or by arrangement possible
Working hours: Core working hours between 09.00 and 18.00 hoursThrough duties and, if desired, partial duties possible2x per week until 21.00 or 22.00 hours

5 weeks vacation entitlement per year
Monthly net salary € 1,650 (plus vacation and Christmas bonus) - depending on qualifications and experience, willingness to overpay

: For the position of Receptionist (m/f/d) we offer up to 1,800 Euro net per month for a 5-day week (40 hours / week) with appropriate qualifications and experience.
