- Processing inquiries and reservations
- Check-in and check-out
- Collecting guest payments
- Assisting guests at the front desk
- Properly managing the cash register
- Preparing for guest arrivals
- Booking of additional services
- Preparing the morning mail and daily menus
- Accommodating special requests in consultation with the relevant departments
- Monitoring departures, taking check-out times into account
- Handling daily correspondence
- Scheduling appointments in Resource Manager
Requirements

Offer
- Full-time position
- Work schedule: 5-day workweek (40 hours per week)
- Start date: Immediate or by agreement
- Working hours: Core working hours between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM; full shifts and, upon request, split shifts are also possible; twice a week until 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM
