Sommelier (m/f/d)

Wine culture meets alpine style - at the VALARA Alpine Art Hotel in the Zillertal!

To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a SOMMELIER:E (f/m/d) with experience, an eye for detail and pleasure in providing enjoyable advice.

Your tasks:

• provide our guests with expert advice and an excellent wine experience
• Update and expand the wine list
• Write wine & drink recommendations for menus & coordinate with the service team
• Conduct training and tastings for employees and guests
• ensure professional storage and care of the wine range
• Reception, placement and professional advice for guests
• Wine & beverage service
• Serving food
• Breakfast service
• Set-up and supervision of various buffets
• Provision of the required mise-en-place
• Office work (cutlery, glasses, etc.)
• Carrying out general cleaning work
• Compliance with HCCP guidelines
• Service at the hotel bar when the bartender is free
• ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards at all times.
