As a sommelier / sommelière, you are a passionate host, work hand in hand with our service team and, together with the kitchen, create real moments of pleasure.
Your tasks
- Advising our guests on wine pairing
- Maintaining & developing the wine list
- Organizing and ordering the wine selection
- Support in service - with competence and charm
- Helping to create an authentic Jausern experience
Requirements
What you bring with you
- Completed sommelier training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in fine dining or upscale gastronomy
- Passion for wine, culinary delights and personal service
- Perfect knowledge of German and English
- Motivation, team spirit and a desire to learn new things
- An open, cordial manner - very much in the Haus Jausern style
- Language skills
German
