Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing all egg dishes à la minute
- Implementation of a weekly rotating breakfast special
- Preparing and plating various platters (sausage, cheese, fruit, vegetables, etc.)
- Preparing the daily staff meal (lunch)
- Evening support three days a week on a part-time basis (e.g., mise en place, plating, simple dishes)
- Ensuring order, hygiene, and HACCP standards in the breakfast area
Requirements
- Professional experience in the kitchen is a plus
- Ability to work independently and maintain a clean work environment
- Reliability & punctuality
- Ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle stress during peak hours
- Awareness of product quality & hygiene (HACCP)
- Willingness to work evening shifts
- Language skills
