Haus Jausern is a family-run design hotel with 31 rooms in Saalbach. We combine a stylish ambience with modern fine dining culture and genuine, warm hospitality.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated commis de rang for the coming summer season, but also for the long term, who enjoys service and would like to develop their skills in a demanding environment.
Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Independent assistance to the chef de rang in looking after guests
- Preparing and following up on service (mise en place)
- Serving food and beverages
- Attentive and friendly service to our guests
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the entire service area
Working closely with the kitchen and service team
What you bring
- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or equivalent professional experience in service
- Interest in fine dining and wine
- Willingness to learn and motivation for professional development
- Very good German language skills (English an advantage)
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of guest contact
- Attention to detail and genuine hospitality
