Haus Jausern is a family-run design hotel with 31 rooms in Saalbach. We combine a stylish ambiance with modern fine dining and genuine, warm hospitality.
To strengthen our team for the upcoming summer season—and ideally on a long-term basis—we are seeking a motivated commis de rang who enjoys providing service and wishes to develop their skills in a challenging environment.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Independently assist the Chef de Rang in attending to guests
- Preparing for and following up on service (mise en place)
- Serving food and beverages
- Attentive and friendly service for our guests
- Ensuring cleanliness and order throughout the service area
Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team
What you bring to the table
- Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry or equivalent professional experience in service
- Interest in fine dining and wine
- Willingness to learn and motivation for professional development
- Very good German language skills (English is a plus)
- Team spirit and a sense of responsibility
- Professional demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with guests
- Attention to detail and a genuine hospitality mindset
