We’re breathing new life into our historic establishment, s’Huagart in Schattwald, and transforming it into a modern restaurant destination in the Tannheimer Valley.

Starting in May, we’ll be combining Alpine burger cuisine with high-quality classics—fresh, regional, and created in close collaboration with our local partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Create burgers that people won’t forget
Cooking classics the way they should be: authentic and truly delicious
Working with regional products and fostering relationships with our partners
Ensuring fresh, varied, and high-quality meals
Adhering to and monitoring all quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
Taking responsibility for purchasing and inventory
Performing daily cleaning tasks in the kitchen

Requirements

Several years of cooking experience
A genuine passion for cooking and good food
A professional and well-groomed appearance
You keep a cool head even under pressure
Team spirit, without losing sight of your own responsibilities
Good German language skills, though not required

B2 (good intermediate level)

English

A1 (entry)

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time (5–6 days a week)

Work experience: 4 Jahre
Leadership experience: < 1 Jahr

According to the collective bargaining agreement, the minimum salary for the position of Sous Chef is €2,375 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your exact salary will be based on your previous work experience and will be determined in a joint discussion. Depending on your qualifications and previous work experience, a higher salary is of course possible.
