We’re breathing new life into our historic establishment, s’Huagart in Schattwald, and transforming it into a modern dining destination in the Tannheimer Valley.

Starting in May, our menu will feature alpine burger cuisine paired with high-quality classics—fresh, regional, and created in close collaboration with our local partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management & billing for your station
- Advising our guests on food and beverages
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and the entire team
- Compliance with and monitoring of all quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant industry (a plus, but not required)
- Experience in food service (head waiter/head cashier preferred)
- Excellent German language skills
- Empathy for people and guests. You know how to put a smile on our guests’ faces and provide them with an unforgettable experience
- Enjoyment of working in the hospitality industry and a positive attitude that rubs off on the team and guests
- You keep a cool head even under pressure
- Team spirit, without losing sight of your own responsibilities
- An authentic and well-groomed appearance

According to the collective bargaining agreement, the minimum salary for the position of Chef de Rang is €2,165 gross per month on a full-time basis. Your exact salary will be based on your previous work experience and will be determined in a joint discussion. Depending on your qualifications and previous work experience, a higher salary is of course possible.
