Description
For our hotel kitchen with 120 beds, we are looking for a dedicated cook with passion to actively support the head chef. You will be involved in menu planning and help produce the menu. We do not have an à la carte menu, our hotel guests are catered for extensively. We attach particular importance to many fresh dishes and the preparation of glutamate-free dishes where possible.
The hotel is open almost 10 months of the year: Mid-December to Easter, mid-May to the beginning of November. Models with annual work are also possible.
Depending on the season, 6-7 people work in the team, usually with a 5 / 5.5 or 6-day week of 8-9 hours
The staff house is 80 meters away and has recently been renovated.
