Description
Starting in late November 2026, we are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as Sous Chef (m/f/d) who, together with our kitchen team, will ensure the highest quality and create unforgettable culinary experiences.

Requirements
- Supporting and standing in for the head chef in all areas
- Organizing and coordinating daily kitchen operations
- Leading, motivating, and training the kitchen team
- Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Helping to develop menus and buffet offerings
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with inventory management
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
