From the end of November 2025, we are looking for a committed personality as a sous-chef (m/f/d) who, together with our kitchen team, will ensure the highest quality and unforgettable culinary moments.

Requirements
- Support and representation of the head chef in all areas
- Organization and coordination of the daily kitchen routine
- Leading, motivating and training the kitchen team
- Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Co-development of menus and buffet offers
- Checking stock levels and assisting with inventory management
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
