Ongoing To Do's
- Control of the process in the kitchen of our a la carte restaurant "s'Wirtshaus" in coordination with the head chef
- Coordination of purchasing in coordination with the head chef
- Control of the house-typical processes in the kitchen and during service
- Cooking one item / possible assignment at each item
- Training and supervision of employees
- Possible duty rosters in the event of last-minute changes (if the head chef is not available)
- HACCP coordination

Requirements
Your profile
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as a chef & sous chef
- German as mother tongue or perfect knowledge of English
- Enjoy working with people
- Willingness to learn
- Quick comprehension
- Good self-organization as well as precise and structured way of working
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to develop personally
