Ongoing tasks
- Overseeing operations in our hotel kitchen in coordination with the head chef
- Coordinating purchasing in consultation with the Head Chef
- Overseeing the kitchen’s standard procedures and service operations
- Cooking at one station / potential assignment to any station
- Training and supervising staff
- Possible duty schedules in case of last-minute changes (when the head chef is not present)
- HACCP coordination

Requirements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as a chef and sous chef
- Native German speaker or fluent in English
