Sous Chef for our hotel kitchen
Ongoing tasks
- Overseeing operations in our hotel kitchen in coordination with the head chef
- Coordinating purchasing in consultation with the Head Chef
- Overseeing the kitchen’s standard procedures and service operations
- Cooking at one station / potential assignment to any station
- Training and supervising staff
- Possible duty schedules in case of last-minute changes (when the head chef is not present)
- HACCP coordination

Requirements
Your profile
- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as a chef & sous chef
- German as mother tongue or perfect knowledge of English
- Enjoy working with people
- Willingness to learn
- Quick comprehension
- Good self-organization as well as precise and structured way of working
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to develop personally
- Language skills
