Requirements
To fill in for our head chef and support our kitchen team, we are looking for a flexible, resilient, qualified, and motivated sous chef at the Hotel Zauchenseehof for the upcoming winter season—someone who is looking for a new challenge. We have 79 guest rooms at the Hotel Zauchenseehof. Meals are served as part of a half-board plan. Responsibilities: * Helping to organize the kitchen staff and work schedules * Assisting with menu planning * Purchasing all goods and food items for use in the kitchen * Helping to ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines

Our Hotel Zauchenseehof has 79 guest rooms with approximately 270 beds and is family-friendly. We primarily prepare meals for our hotel guests; at lunch, we offer a small à la carte menu. We offer a pleasant work environment with many long-term employees. We generally work 54 hours per week.
