To ensure that our guests can enjoy this special spa experience day after day, we are looking forward to welcoming a dedicated individual to a year-round position starting on February 25, 2026, who will bring their enthusiasm for saunas and relaxation to the role.
Your tasks with us:
- You will guide our guests through a conscious and harmonious sauna experience and give them confidence in using our saunas.
- You will be responsible for carrying out the daily sauna infusions.
- You will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire spa and sauna area— including indoor areas as well as pool, swimming lake, and garden areas—and make sure that everything always looks calm and inviting
- Your attentiveness and presence will make our spa guests feel well looked after
- You will work according to our quality guidelines and consistently ensure hygiene, safety, and order
- You will contribute new ideas and variety to the design of the infusions
- Working hours: Thursday-Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Completed training as a sauna master
- First aid training is an advantage
- An open, friendly manner and enjoyment of working with people
- High level of service awareness and a keen sense of quality
- Reliability, flexibility, and a well-groomed appearance
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written
