When things really get going and the atmosphere is electric, you keep everything under control and make sure
there’s no glassware chaos and the bar stays clean all around.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of German and/or English,
Manual dexterity,
Experience clearing tables in large crowds,
Glass service, quick clearing of tables, dishwashing assistance, supporting the bar team
Tidiness and cleanliness, wiping down the bar and tables, teamwork
