Description
We are looking for a reliable employee (m/f) to fill a management position. The Almhof is open approximately 9.5 to 10 months a year, with a closing period of about 1 month each year. The position runs from December 2, 2026, through April 12, 2027, and then again from May 13, 2027, through November 8, 2027, and so on. We are interested in a long-term partnership, but would also be happy to hire for a single season. The primary responsibility of the position is to handle all tasks in the kitchen: prepping, preparing, finishing, and plating all components of a dish, with the goals of achieving the highest quality in taste, appearance, food safety, and color. Coordinating orders and each individual stage of production while ensuring optimal conditions and quantities at all times.
Requirements
You have experience in fine dining and a keen eye for detail. You’re eager to take on responsibility and leadership roles. You enjoy training the team and fostering continuous improvement in the kitchen. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients and have gained experience in fine dining over the past few years. We also offer “Grüne Naturküche” (Green Natural Cuisine), which features natural, whole foods.

Employment & Salary
3000 € net / month
Salary negotiable for a 6- or 5-day workweek, including bonuses.
