Description
We are looking for a reliable employee (m/f) to fill a management position. The Almhof is open approximately 10 months a year, with a closing period of about 1 month each year. The start date is negotiable, beginning by November 10, 2026, and then again from December 5, 2026, through April 11, 2027, and so on. We are very interested in a long-term collaboration, including for a single season. The primary responsibility of the position is to handle all stations in the kitchen: preparation, cooking, finishing, and plating all components of a dish with the goals of achieving the highest quality in taste, appearance, food safety, and presentation. Coordinating orders and every individual stage of production, taking into account optimal conditions and quantities at all times.
Requirements
You have experience in fine dining and a keen eye for detail. You’re eager to take on responsibility and leadership roles. You enjoy training the team and driving continuous improvement in the kitchen. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients and have gained experience in fine dining over the past few years. We also offer the Grüne Haube natural cuisine, made from natural, wholesome ingredients.
