Description
We are looking for a reliable employee (m/f) in a management position. The Almhof is open approx. 10 months a year with approx. 1 month of closure. We are very interested in a longer cooperation, also for one season. The main task of the position is to run all items in the kitchen: preparation, finishing and serving of all components of a dish with the goals: highest quality in taste, appearance, product hygiene and color. Coordination of the order and each individual production stage, taking into account the optimum condition and quantity at all times.
Requirements
You have knowledge of fine dining and a love of detail. You would like to take on responsibility and leadership. You enjoy training the team and constantly developing your skills in the kitchen. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional and seasonal products and foodstuffs and have gained experience in upscale gastronomy in recent years. Optionally, we also offer the Green Toque natural cuisine made from natural, wholesome food.
