Front Office Receptionist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated receptionist to start in March or June:

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and carrying out check-in (including tours of the hotel) and check-out
• Issuing Super.Sommer.Cards. in summer and ski storage keys and ski passes in winter
• Writing the daily morning post
• Advising our guests on leisure activities in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, etc.
• Working closely with all departments

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of German and English
• Flexible and independent working
• Friendly interaction with our guests
• Experience in the hotel industry and at the reception desk
• Experience with Casablanca hotel software desirable
• Good computer skills
• Part-time or full-time
