Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Working in all kitchen positions (rotating role)
- Preparation and presentation of high-quality, seasonal, and regional dishes
- Assistance with menu planning for seminar, hotel, and day guests
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Appreciative cooperation within the kitchen team
Conscious and sustainable handling of food
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Austrian gastronomy or the hotel industry
- Flexibility, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
- Enthusiasm for fresh, regional cuisine and sustainable working practices
- Independent and structured way of working
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Language skills
German
B2 (good intermediate level)
