For quite some time now, we have been committed to making our work more sustainable. Our long-standing partnership with local suppliers in the immediate vicinity allows us to offer our guests a wide variety of authentic foods and products, not least through our own farming operations.
Our “Regional 200” logo represents all foods and products that are produced and processed within a 200-kilometer radius. Since we place great importance on minimizing our environmental footprint, wines from South Tyrol are particularly important to us.
