Caretaker / Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated building services technician (m/f/d) to actively support Sepp Jurca’s team:

The scope of responsibilities includes the following tasks:

• Maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's infrastructure, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning within the hotel
• Conducting inspections and resolving issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning systems, and other technical facilities in the hotel
• Ensuring compliance with the hotel's safety standards and building regulations
• Supervision of renovation and remodeling projects, as well as coordination of tradespeople and contractors 
• You will personally greet and welcome the guests

You should meet the following requirements:

• Solid technical expertise and practical skills in working with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both when interacting with guests and when dealing with employees and suppliers.
• Flexibility and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to organize one's own work.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
