Assistant Restaurant Management (m/f/d)

Our restaurant stands for the highest quality, regional specialties and a cultivated wine culture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated sommelier (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

Looking after and advising our guests, especially in matters of wine and beverage competenceSupporting and representing the restaurant management in all operational tasksEnsuring a smooth process in daily operationsManaging and motivating the service teamManaging our own service station, with a special focus on wine serviceCompliance with and implementation of our quality standardsControl of incoming and outgoing goods, especially in the area of wine and beverage purchasing

Your profile:

Completed training in the hotel and catering industry or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in a similar position, ideally in upscale service or as a sommelierPassion for regional products, wine and the cultivation of wine cultureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsResponsibility and assertivenessIn-depth knowledge of wine, oenology and beverage service, preferably with further training as a sommelier
