Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Our restaurant is known for its exceptional quality, regional specialties, and a refined wine culture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated sommelier.

Your responsibilities:

Assisting and advising our guests, particularly regarding wine and beverage knowledge; supporting and representing restaurant management in all operational tasks; ensuring smooth daily operations; leading and motivating the service team; managing your own service station, with a special focus on wine service; adhering to and implementing our quality standards; monitoring inventory receipts and shipments, particularly regarding wine and beverage procurement

Your profile:

Completed training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in a similar position, ideally in upscale service or as a sommelierPassion for regional products, wine, and the promotion of wine cultureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsSense of responsibility and assertivenessIn-depth knowledge of wine, wine appreciation, and beverage service, preferably with additional training as a sommelier
