Head Waiter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our team. Our philosophy places a special emphasis on teamwork, wine culture, regionality, and sustainability.

• Your Responsibilities:Service: Ensuring first-class service for our guests, from the moment they arrive until they leave. Advising and assisting our guests with food and beverage selections.Wine Culture: A desire to acquire the necessary knowledge about our wine selection and the ability to provide expert advice to our guests. Presenting and recommending regional and sustainable wines.Teamwork: Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Supporting other team members.Regionality and Sustainability: Promoting and implementing sustainable practices in daily operations. Awareness and knowledge of regional products and their origins.
• Your Profile:Experience: Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry or professional experience in a similar position.Team Player: Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues.Wine Knowledge: Passion for wine, particularly regional and sustainable wines. Knowledge of wine sensory analysis and wine culture.Sustainability: Interest in and commitment to sustainable practices in the food and beverage industry.Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
