As a charming host, as a restaurant manager you ensure happy guests, smooth service and staff management.

For us in upscale gastronomy, a sound education and several years of experience in a management position are an absolute prerequisite. The restaurant manager is responsible for the operational and administrative running of the restaurant.

Your tasks are very wide-ranging. Staff management, personnel planning and guest care, together with the sommelier, make you as a restaurant manager an immensely important pillar of our hotel.

With your charming manner, you are in the spotlight as a restaurant manager and are the point of contact for our international guests. As a restaurant manager, you also keep your cool when dealing with any conflicts and solve problems with a cool head.
