You are the face of the restaurant. 

As a charming host and restaurant manager, you’ll ensure that guests are happy, that service runs smoothly, and that staff are well managed. 

In the fine dining industry, a solid education and several years of experience in a management position are absolute prerequisites. The restaurant manager is responsible for the restaurant’s operational and administrative processes. 

Your responsibilities are quite diverse. From managing staff and planning personnel to providing guest service—working alongside the sommelier—your role as restaurant manager makes you an incredibly important pillar of our hotel. 

With your charming personality, you’ll be in the spotlight as a restaurant manager and serve as the point of contact for our international guests. Even when dealing with potential conflicts, you’ll always keep your cool as a restaurant manager and solve problems with a clear head.
