We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps and a leading provider of seminar and conference services in Austria.

Facilities and amenities alone are not enough. It is only through a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, high-quality service that a hotel becomes a place where guests feel at home. Guests feel cared for, pampered, and right at home. That is our goal, and to achieve it, we are looking for employees who are willing to support us in this endeavor.

For exactly the same reasons, the well-being of our employees is also very important to us, because only those who feel good can convey a sense of well-being.

New perk starting in 2023: Free use of a company electric car!
Buffet-style meals, soft drinks, and espresso are standard for us every day, as is free use of the washing machines and dryers in our staff residence.

New highlight since 2025: We invested 17 million euros in the new World of Congress in Saalfelden. The new team restaurant opened in the spring of 2025. This was followed by the team lounge, featuring indoor and outdoor areas, and a modern team entrance. A unique and exciting addition for our Brandlhofer team.
