Our corporate philosophy

We, the Salzburger Hof Leogang, are a 4-star S sports and wellness hotel in Leogang, in the Salzburg region. We are ideally located, just 99 meters from the Asitz cable car, the Leogang Bike Park, and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area.

Of course, work also means performing well—and that applies to us as a family of entrepreneurs as well. Given all the demands of the workplace, we want to give every employee the opportunity to balance work with their personal interests. That is why we and our managers strive for a collaborative management style. After all, we work together toward our goals, to which everyone contributes.

In addition, we offer everyone the opportunity to work voluntarily with our coach on personal goals. Those who prefer to stay active in a group setting are welcome to take advantage of our activity program or our employee sports classes.
