Your Responsibilities

• Independent and attentive management of a service station
• Professional service for our guests during breakfast, afternoon snacks, and the 5-course dinner
• Expert advice on food, wine, and other beverages
• Preparing the restaurant and carrying out daily mise en place tasks
• Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar, and restaurant management
• Ensuring a smooth service process

What You Should Bring

• Completed training in the foodservice industry or substantial experience in upscale service
• A passion for working with people and genuine hospitality skills
• Good knowledge of food, beverages, and, ideally, wine
• A well-groomed, warm, and confident demeanor
• Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to keep a cool head when things get hectic
• Proficiency in German and English
