Do you want to do more than just manage our food and beverage operations—do you want to help us take them to the next level?
A lot of exciting new developments are coming to Waldpark Hochreiter over the next few years. That’s why we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join us starting in April 2027— someone who will work with us to take our food and beverage operations to the next level.
You’ll be our central point of contact between the kitchen, service, housekeeping, and the park —and the go-to person when we, the owners, aren’t around.
Starting at €4,000 gross per month for full-time work —depending on experience.
We’re not looking for an administrative assistant. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility, thinks proactively, and gets things done.
Start date: April 2027
Tasks
• Lead and develop the food service team • Hands-on involvement in service operations • Employment contracts & onboarding • Costing, expenses, and monthly/annual financial reporting • Suppliers & price negotiations• Optimizing processes• Testing specials & new food and beverage trends• Developing upselling & team performance• Inventory, orders & availability• Serving as the liaison for the entire Waldpark• Shaping the future of food and beverage with us
Requirements
For our new restaurant, which seats about 300 people and is located in our forest park—which attracts approximately 100,000 visitors per season—we are looking for an F&B Manager to help us ensure our guests are satisfied. Families with children are our target audience!
Experience
5 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Mobility
Driving license B
Own car required
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
