Description
Do you love working with good ingredients, think in pans instead of paragraphs - and keep calm even when things get tough? Then you've come to the right place!
For our Hämmermoosalm in the beautiful Gaistal valley, we are looking for a cook with heart, common sense and a hands-on mentality to run the kitchen. Together with a kitchen assistant, you will be responsible for preparing our small but delicious menu - from classics such as Kasspatzl & Gröstl to homemade cakes.
What's important to us: We're not looking for someone to work in a quiet little room - but someone who can lend a hand, keep an overview and isn't too shy to carry plates or help out when there's a fire (not literally, please). In a small team, you help each other - and that's what makes us special.
Requirements
What you bring with you:
- Experience in the kitchen (ideally as a single chef)
- Organizational talent and independence
- Enjoy regional cuisine and good quality
- Team spirit, flexibility and a good sense of humor
- Language skills
German
