Description
We are a modern ****Superior hotel in the heart of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with a tradition dating back to 1634. The service concept is our top priority. We are looking for active support in the area of management assistance with immediate effect.
The main tasks are
- Assistance to the management consisting of 3 persons
- The focus is on day-to-day operations
- Joint responsibility for the F & B area
- Quality management in the kitchen and service as well as in the organization of conferences and events
- Supporting our regular guests
- Control of standards in service / front of house
Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry or a degree from a tourism college with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- preferably a postgraduate degree (Hotel Management, Bachelor Hotel Management/Tourism Management or similar)
- excellent knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English
- confident handling of Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of the PMS Casablanca or similar hotel software (Suite 8, Opera, Protel, etc.)
