Assistance Reservation (m/f/d)

Nothing is impossible at the "casual luxury" Design Hotel Bergland Sölden. We consider the reception desk to be the face of our hotel and so yours should also become a part of it, always beaming and recognizing the wishes of our guests even before they can express them themselves.

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented receptionist with a passion for the profession to join our reception team.

Your tasks

• Develop yourself by working in the Bergland team
• Fulfill individual wishes of our international audience with your expertise
• You are an important contact person and interface for all departments
• Charm our team and our guests with a competent and positive exchange in German and English
• Create lucrative offers, send them out and then process reservations
• Prepare the mise en place for the reception desk and process incoming inquiries by phone or e-mail
• Accurate cash management and daily accounting are also part of your day-to-day work

Your profile

• Completed training as a hotel manager or comparable qualification
• Native German speaker and at least 3 years of professional experience at the reception desk
• Good linguistic expression, confident manners
• Computer knowledge of common software and hardware
• Ability to work in a team, collegiality, initiative
• Exemplary and representative appearance
• Friendly nature and service mindset
• Absolute loyalty & discretion, honesty
• Communication skills
