Our restaurant is known for its exceptional quality, regional specialties, and a refined wine culture. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Supporting and assisting the restaurant management with all operational tasksEnsuring smooth daily operationsLeading and motivating the service teamManaging your own service stationAttending to and advising our guests, particularly regarding wine recommendationsEnsuring compliance with and implementation of our quality standardsMonitoring inventory receipts and shipments

Your Profile:Completed training in the hospitality industry or a comparable qualificationProfessional experience in a similar positionPassion for regional products and promoting wine cultureExcellent communication and teamwork skillsSense of responsibility and assertivenessGood knowledge of wine and wine culture, preferably with relevant additional training (e.g., sommelier certification)
