To strengthen our team, we’re looking for aSauna Attendant (m/f/d)to fill a full-time, year-round position,starting immediately.
Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Each day, you’ll lead two varied sauna infusions and a steam scrub, using different infusion techniques and selected scents to create special moments of well-being.
- With your warm and friendly manner, you’ll provide attentive care to our spa guests and be happy to assist them with any questions they may have about the wellness area.
- You’ll ensure that our entire spa and sauna area—from the saunas and relaxation rooms to the pool, swimming lake, and garden—is well-maintained, clean, and inviting at all times.
- You’ll work in accordance with our high standards for quality, hygiene, and safety.
- You’ll contribute your ideas and continuously develop our sauna offerings with creative infusions and fresh ideas.
What You Bring to the Table
- A passion for wellness, saunas, and working with people
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- An independent, responsible, and reliable work ethic
- Team spirit, warmth, and a passion for helping guests enjoy an unforgettable getaway
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- Experience as a sauna attendant in the upscale hospitality industry or in the wellness sector is a plus
Work Hours
We offer two employment models:
Full-time
- Thursday through Monday
- 9:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.and3:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Your morning shift will depend on your qualifications and—in addition to overseeing the spa area—will include, depending on your experience, cleaning duties, massages, leading activity programs, or similar tasks.
Part-time
- Thursday through Monday
3:00 PM–8:00 PM
