When the lifts close, that’s when the best part of the day begins for us.
We’re looking for motivated team members to join our Schirmbar starting December 4 for the entire winter season. Together with two other colleagues, you’ll create a great atmosphere, ensure smooth operations, and provide unforgettable après-ski moments. Do you love the hustle and bustle, approach people with an open attitude, and have a way of getting guests excited? Then you’re a perfect fit for our team.
Requirements
You’re a host, a mood-setter, and a natural salesperson all rolled into one. With your cheerful disposition and keen intuition for your guests, you ensure that our umbrella bar is always buzzing with energy. You serve drinks quickly and attentively, actively engage with guests, and create an atmosphere that encourages them to order another round. Together with your team, you keep everything under control even during stressful moments and make sure every guest goes home with a smile.
What You Bring to the Table
- You’re outgoing, communicative, and enjoy interacting with people.
- You work quickly, pitch in when needed, and stay on top of things even when the Schirmbar is packed.
- You enjoy livening up the atmosphere and winning over guests with your personality.
- Sales comes naturally to you, and you spot opportunities without being pushy.
- You’re a true team player and can rely on your coworkers—just as they can rely on you.
- Experience in customer service or behind the bar
