YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing a station in our kitchen - Working with one or more commis de cuisine - Independently overseeing mise en place and food preparation - À la carte and half-board service, depending on the schedule - Performing general cleaning tasks - Contributing creatively to the preparation and plating of dishes WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: - Completed training in the restaurant/hospitality industry - Professional experience in the 4*/4*S hotel industry in this or a similar position - A neat and confident demeanor - A passion for culinary craftsmanship and food - Good knowledge of German or English

You make a strong impression with your confident demeanor and positive attitude; you are dedicated, motivated, and flexible, and you keep your cool even during busy periods.
