Requirements
- Preparation and creative mixing of cocktails & drinks
- Friendly and competent advice for our guests
- Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel bar
- Supporting the bar manager and standing in for him during his days off
- Responsibility for order, cleanliness & stock levels
- Language skills
