To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a passionate sommelier who can delight our guests with their expertise, charm, and excellent wine recommendations. Your responsibilities will include managing our wine list, purchasing and storing fine wines, and providing personalized recommendations to our guests in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Completed training in the restaurant industry
- Certified sommelier, ideally with an Austrian sommelier certification
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian and international wines
- Passion for wine and gastronomy
- A hospitable attitude and enjoyment of interacting with guests
- Strong organizational skills and team spirit
- Language skills
