Requirements
- Preparation and serving of classic and creative cocktails and drinks
- Competent advice and support for our guests in the bar
- Maintaining and organizing the bar and stock
- Developing new cocktail and bar concepts
- Responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly during your shift
- Professional and disciplinary management of the bar team
- Training and motivating the team
- Collaboration with service and kitchen management
- Language skills
