Description
We are currently looking for a motivated service staff member to join our team immediately or at a later date. You will support our service team in treating our guests to culinary delights from our kitchen and wine cellar. We offer a varied and challenging role within a dynamic team. - Managing all buffets (breakfast, lunch, pastries, salad, themed buffets (appetizers, desserts, etc.)): setting up, restocking, keeping clean, breaking down, cleaning
- Orderman-Commis including beverage service (preparing and serving drinks)
- Active collaboration within the team and with supervisors, as well as contributing to a positive work and operating environment
- Participating in internal and external training sessions as well as service meetings
- Serving as a positive role model for apprentices
- Main course service (serving food) for the entire restaurant
- Preparing the station, including vacuuming, dusting, setting tables, folding napkins, and restocking condiment stations
- Preparing mise en place for the entire restaurant
- Keeping the kitchen clean, including putting away glasses, cutlery, trash, empties, dirty linens, etc.
- Cleaning the coffee machine, beverage dispenser, and glass and cutlery washers
- Setting up for breakfast, including coffee, paper napkins, breakfast juices, cereal, honey, tea, …

- Work schedule: 5-day workweek, 9 hours per day (45 hours per week)

- Shift hours: Full shifts and split shifts: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break); 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; 12:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (30-minute break); 7:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. & 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.; 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
