Then you’ve come to the right place!
For our Alpenhof in Schönau am Königssee, we’re looking for a dedicated bartender/bar attendant (m/f/d) who will delight our guests with passion, creativity, and hospitality.
Tasks
- Preparing Cocktails & Drinks – From classic cocktails to creative original concoctions, you’ll ensure guests enjoy special moments of indulgence.
- Be a great host – With your friendly and attentive manner, you’ll create a pleasant atmosphere at our bar.
- Managing Bar Operations – You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, manage inventory, and ensure our drinks are presented attractively.
- Providing restaurant service – In addition to your main duties at the bar, you’ll manage your own small service station in our restaurant during evening service as part of the half-board menu.
- Ensuring quality – You’ll ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our quality standards.
- Embrace teamwork —you’ll work hand in hand with our service team to ensure our guests have a wonderful evening.
Requirements
- Experience as a bartender or in upscale restaurant service
- Passion for cocktails, spirits, and premium beverages
- Experience in traditional restaurant service
- A friendly, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
- Enjoyment of interacting with guests and a strong sense of hospitality
- An independent, organized, and reliable work ethic
- Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure—even when things get hectic
- Good command of German and, ideally, English
Experience
4 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C2 (excellent knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
